Where is a nearest bus stop?

If you take the public bus “Nyuto Line” from JR Tazawako station, “Nyuto Onsen” will be the nearest bus stop.
We will pick you up at “Nyuto Onsen” bus stop if you call us by phone when you leave JR Tazawako station. 

Do you have a transportation service?

We will pick you up at “Nyuto Onsen” bus stop if you call us when you leave JR Tazawako station. 

Do you have a carpark?

Yes, there are two carparks,
Kuroyu side – 6-7 spots. 5min on foot.
Ogama side – 5-6 spots. 15min on foot.

Do you have an elevator?

No, we don’t have an elevator. Also please note that all guest rooms are on the second floor.

What time is check-in / check-out time?

Check-in is from 3PM till 5PM.  Check-out is till 9:30AM. 

Can I buy the “Yumeguricho” (Hot spring hopping pass) before check-in?

Yes, please show your reservation details to any accommodation staff member in Nyuto Onsen, and you will be able to purchase it.

Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes, we have free wi-fi.

Are NON-SMOKING rooms available?

Yes, the whole building is NON-SMOKING.
